Once students successfully complete the UTP Stage II programme and fulfill transfer requirements including a minimum of 30 credit hours of advanced standing, they can apply to the second year of the UM program. The University of Manitoba expects a minimum GPA of 2 from international students. However, students who were admitted to recent classes have scored much more than that. International students must aim to score a higher GPA than required to get admission smoothly.
