To apply in the graduate studies at the University of Manitoba, you must have a minimum of an honors degree (4-years bachelor’s) or equivalent from a recognised university or college, with a minimum of B average (3.0 GPA) in the most recent two years of full-time study. Apart from this, you must also demonstrate English language proficiency and for these you can submit minimum IELTS/TOEFL/PTE scores, as required by the university. Some departments may have higher standards and additional criteria such as submission of GRE or GMAT test scores, and a statement of research interests or experience in the field.

All international students at the University of Manitoba are required to submit their English language competency results. PTE IELTS requires a minimum score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum score of 6.0 in each section. But in addition to IELTS, you can also submit results from the TOEFL, PTE, or IAEP (Intensive Academic English Program). There are more possibilities for undergraduate courses, such as the Cambridge Assessment or CAEL tests.

Hi,
Your grades are quite good, there could be a chance. It's difficult to say since profiles are evaluated on a case by case basis and scholarships are awarded on merit. Apply early, check the deadlines and apply by the first rounds to have a good chance for the scholarship. Read the application form online carefully, many universities will ask you for scholarship consideration.

Hi Ankit, Yes a good one. It is one of the highly regarded universities in Canada. But the programme they offer is a Bachelor of Commerce degree with various specialisations. So check the programs carefully and write to them for doubts before applying.

Hi Hemil,
I am afraid there is nothing we can do here but you have to email the admission officer of the university and wait for the next batch. Consider applying to other universities.
