Dear Rakesh,
An IELTS score of 6.5 overall is required. The university has not specified any minimum grades, as it is a competitive university you will require an higher average. Hello Pranay,
Canada is a lovely place to study. The country is a safe nation. University of Manitoba again is one of the respectable and reputed universities in Canada so I really do not see any reason why you should not go there.
