The main difference is the admission requirement. M.Eng is way too competitive than M.Sc. You have to be very strong in quantitative skills for M.Eng and the course is mainly practical application. M.Sc is more into theoretical approach. Similarly, job outcomes are also different. M.Sc will lead to research while M.Eng will most likely produce scientists and engineers.

You should have at-least 65% and above in your B.Tech with IELTS score of 6.5 bands. If you have a good GRE score, then it can also help you.

An IELTS score of 6.5 overall is required. The university has not specified any minimum grades, as it is a competitive university you will require an higher average.
