Below are the requirements for the University of Maryland Baltimore County:
Undergraduate requirements:
Applicants must submit a copy of their current high school marks, including an English translation.
Official results of completion of national secondary school examinations
If the applicant considers a scholarship, they must forward their scores to UMBC by education testing service.
Considering that these students are 17 and above, applicants must provide a letter of support from parents or financial sponsors to the effect that she or he is willing to provide.
A bank statement that verifies the applicant's financial stability.

The University of Maryland Baltimore County does not mandate the submission of GRE scores as part of the application process. However, if applicants choose to submit their GRE scores, the university will give these scores significant weight in their evaluation. To send GRE scores, applicants must use ET’s submission method while submitting to the University of Maryland Baltimore country.

International students are ineligible for Federal Student Aid and institutional need-based financial aid. However, international students may be considered for scholarships and assistantships.
The Scholarship Retriever is available to all UMBC students and allows students to submit a general scholarship application to be considered for additional opportunities available at UMBC.
UMBC also participates in the #YouAreWelcomeHere national scholarship program, pledging to offer scholarships for international students to study in the U.S.
