The University of Northern British Columbia sets rigorous English Proficiency requirements to ensure academic excellence and effective communication to ensure academic excellence for both UG and PG courses. UG applicants must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, a TOEFL iBT score of 90 or higher, with a writing sub score of 20 or more. The UNBC Masters Tuition Scholarship is PG award offered by university itself. This scholarship reduces half the value of tuition fee units for degree program into which student has been accepted. This scholarship is for full time student who has successfully competed for national scholarship or fellowship equal to or greater than CAD 10,000.
