No, the enrollment slip is not valid but I think you should once ask the AKTU authorities.

Yes, you will get support of one year gap but your reasons should be valid.

If there is no choice in the second counseling then there is no college available for lateral entry at the rank you have.

At this rank you'll get good colleges like MJPRU, CSJMU, Bundelkhand University, KIET, KNIT, Galgotia’s University, etc.

Yes, there is a fee for UPSEE counselling and it is refundable if the college has not been allotted to you.

No, you can’t get a college like that once you have been allotted a college.
