Yes, at this rank, you can get IET, Lucknow for civil engineering and closing rank for SC girls is 19601.

What should I do? I have opted for float option in UPSEE in first round and I don't want to participate in other rounds.

Why will you use float option if you do not participate in next round? Do not use float option if you are satisfied with the allotted seat.
