There is no chance in government college at this rank. Because 1 seat in each branch of girls quota makes it very tough to get admission in government college for lateral entry. You have a good chance for a good private college.

Yes, you may get the admission, but it is quite tough in IET Lucknow. You can try in KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi or IERT Allahabad.

First of all, congratulations for getting a decent rank in UPTU. But why are you scared about colleges? You may definitely get the government college (IET, KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, IERT Allahabad) with decent branches like CSE or IT.

You will easily get admission in any government colleges of UPTU that is IET-Lucknow, Kamla Nehru- Sultanpur, Bundelkhand College etc., these are the names of top government colleges of UPTU. Definitely, you will get Great College of UPTU. Go with counselling and you may also predict your rank through Shiksha rank predictor.

As IET is considered as the second best college in UPTU after HBTI, Kanpur, you will be exposed to a lot of opportunities and also there will be no restrictions from the college management team. The best advantage is that if you are not interested in Engineering and interested in future exams like CAT, GATE GRE Banking, IES, IAS then IET Lucknow [Esp CS and IT] is the place for you. There are very few classes in CS and IT and mostly the students are free to do whatever they want.
