No, B.Sc and Diploma holder result are declared late every year. You must be shown 2nd year result during verification. You will be submitted your final year result in college when declare.

Yes, this year is slightly difficult as compared to previous year. So, the cut off slightly decrease in all college.

AKTU (formerly UPTU) holds the tag of the largest university of Asia, but when it comes to quality it lags behind by a huge margin from other top universities of Technical Education. The entire system is bound to screw you, if you truly aspire to be and engineer. Just imagine an engineer without any practical knowledge and getting grades on the basis of his mugging skills. I am damn sure that whosoever has taken admission in this university must be well versed with this famous book series.
