Sorry to inform you that you can't take admission in IIT Kanpur from AKTU UPSEE because IIT Kanpur admits students to B.Tech, B. S, and dual degree courses only through JEE Advanced and through JAM for M.Sc. Programs.

For the academic year 2021-22, AKTU has announced that admission to undergraduate engineering programs will be done through JEE Main 2021 score and the counseling will be conducted by JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). You should try for state entrance examination if you want CS branch in a good college. You can get Tier 3 college with that score in JEE.
