Hello Harshita Goyal!
MBA is a good choice for you right now. But if you have to choose one amongst UPES and PDPU, go for PDPU.
Since, you haven't given any MBA entrance test and CAT and XAT exam had already been conducted, you can't take admission in this University because they accept the scores of these exams only to take admission.
Now the choice left is UPES, which is not a better college but not even that bad.
I suggest you find a better college for management than UPES.

Yes, you can get admission in UPES with this rank. But the availability of any branch solely depends on the applications and the availability of seats for a particular branch which you can get to know during the time of your counseling since it runs in real-time.

Hi Tarun, since you've tagged petroleum engineering course, I would share the fees of that branch only.
For B. Tech. (Applied Petroleum Engineering) with specialization in Gas the fee structure and for B. Tech. Applied Petroleum Engineering with Specialization in Upstream the
Total Tuition Fees is 13,89,750
and the hostel charges are as follows-
