Yes. you can. Grades should not stop you from applying for good universities. Appear for SAT and TOEFL exam, prepare a very good personal statement and your application well. Chances may be less in the top universities, but good application materials, and test scores work most of the time.
Best of luck.

Both countries have their own benefits and if you are looking for job opportunities post your studies, check the skill shortage list for both and decide. Cost wise, Germany is a better option but you need to learn German though the courses might be offered in English as well.
USA, the jobs are quite competitive right now and with limited visas issued every year, you need to be competent enough to get sponsors.

Both are good.

In USA you have more nursing schools. Both the countries are very competitive and you must clear licensing exams to practice. Narrow down your choice by the expenses, budget, university requirements, entrance exams, climate, etc.

Hi Aashis,
You must contact the universities directly for Ph.D admissions. Universities in UK generally do not offer funding or scholarships for Ph.D. You can try for universities in US and other countries. It is hard to suggest a name as Ph.D admissions are a different league altogether. Refer to a few websites like QS and check the top university websites if they are offering research opportunities in Life Sciences/related areas. Write to the department head or whatsoever for the process and funding options.
