You should appear for two exams - GRE and TOEFL ,then you can apply for the preferred university, but after your M.Tech, you are eligible for Ph.D, so go for that ,don't waste your time and money.

Hey Rajas, Every university is having an eligibility criteria. As far as I can tell I think most of the university needs above 60% +IELTS + GRE Score and some of the university ask for above 75%.
