You need to complete your BCA with 70% to 80% marks to get a decent university in USA. Secondly, if you want to take MBA, you have to give GMAT or if you want to go in engineering then you have to score well in GRE. Thirdly, it is compulsory to give and clear TOEFL paper for English language proficiency.

Hi Sohail,
You must make this decision yourself. Are you interested for a managerial career or career in pharma? What are the pros and cons? You can decide accordingly.

No, it is not necessary always. You must take SAT or ACT. If you are targeting one of the Ivy Leagues, you can consider taking the Andhra Pradesh.

Hi , MBA in USA requires applicants to have a few years of professional experience. Certain universities do accept freshers but you must check the rank and reputation. Also, a few top universities do accept freshers but in this case you must be a stellar performer. Secondly, you must check if they accept three years Bachelors degree. Majority of the universities accept only four years degree. Other requirements include GMAT and TOEFL scores., letters of recommendations, MBA essays etc.

Hello,
This is one thing only you will know. You can pursue literally any branch but choose the one you are actually interested in and will enjoy working in. No second person can figure out what you are looking for. US is competitive, universities would want to know your interest and career plans so have clarity and a proper vision.
Regards

Since you have not even taken GRE and TOEFL, its hard to comment on your chances. Try to get a decent score in GRE and TOEFL to enhance your chances.
