Dear Hemant, alongwith average colleges there are a few top universities too. Remember admission depends on the student's overall profile. Check University of Chicago Booth, UCLA, Babson College, Bentley, Boston University etc.

Dear Akash, opportunities are immense in research organizations, defence sector and academic institutions. USA is home to the major organizations such as NASA, remember that India is not behind as well. Outstanding academic performance, high level of intellect and problem solving qualities must be demonstrated. Majority of the students pursue their Ph.D as it is required for a large number of jobs in this area. Look for internship in one of the major organizations and establish professional contacts.

There are two costs you need to keep in mind while looking to study abroad - 1. cost of Tuition 2. Cost of living
The cost of tuition for studying Hotel management from US would be Rs.14-15 lakhs per year for mid-level universities. Top universities will be a lost more expensive.
The cost of living will be higher for US, depending on the city you will live in. it can range from 10-12 lakhs per year. In Canada it will be 9-10 lakhs per year.
