I am a civil engineer and going to pursue my MS in civil engineering from Cornell University, USA this year. According to me, MS from the USA is better than UK.

First, you should qualify GMAT and TOEFL exam. Score good marks in both the exams. Work experience is preferred by the universities. Try to get a scholarship. It is very expensive to pursue higher education in an American university.

BS in PE in USA is equivalent to B.Tech/ BE in India. You are eligible to do MS after BS is USA.

You should pursue Masters in Management from USA where you can have specialization in aviation and toursim. You can give GMAT or GRE for admissions along with TOEFL.

You need to shortlist 5 to 8 universities to apply. Appear for SAT and TOEFL/IELTS and get a good score. You will also need LORs and high school transcripts from school. Some universities may also ask for SOP or personal statement.

I think you need minimum 70 marks. In some universities marks not accepted as they only accept the entrance exam marks.

You must take the GRE and TOEFL, a good score in GRE is important as it is one of the deciding factors. Depending on the program and university there might be other requirements too. You must also check if the university accepts three years Bachelor degree from India, most of them requires 16 years education.
