Have a look at Masters in Computer Science offered by Carnegie Mellon University, Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Southern California in the US. I recommend that you pursue Masters in the US, as the country offers best research in this area.

You have a pretty decent GRE and TOEFL score. But your Bachelor's aggregate is bit low. The information which you have provided is insufficient to shortlist the universities. Please provide the information regarding the backlogs, paper publications, internships etc

That would depend on what specialization you opted for. For example, the salary of a Data Analyst will be a lot more than a Software Engineer. Since there are lots of fields of employment to choose from within the scope of Computer Sciences, this question can have different answers.
Overall, computer Science related jobs are growing and there is a lot of demand for highly skilled professionals in US.

Hello,
There is no single 'state' which can be tagged as the best. Almost every state is a hub for something or the other. You need to be aware of the entire country as careers and prospects differ. Also you must be aware of the various regions the country is divided into. The west coast is generally suitable for engineering careers and such as California, Arizona and Texas. It is also depends on which branch of engineering you are referring to.

Hello, indeed you can, however it's going to be competitive if you did not have the subject in your high school. If you have enough computer skills , some knowledge and the passion you can apply. Irrespective of what you want to study you must take the SAT , your SAT scores will play a major factor here. Write to a few universities and talk with the admission counselors, you will be delighted by the way they respond.

Hi
For master's in usa and Germany, you need to take GMAT/ GRE for mba or other areas respectively alongwith TOEFL/IELTS. Better the score in these, higher the chances of getting scholarships and admission in good universities.
