Top schools for Nursing in USA are University of Pennsylvania, University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Alabama, University of California Los Angeles, University of Michigan, University of Maryland and New York University among others.
Since you have a diploma in nursing you must enter into a traditional bachelor of nursing programmes in USA. However you can consult with the university for any other course options. It is advisable that you gain atleast one year work experience in India and then look for a job in USA. This will give you an edge over others and you can establish a good network within the period. You can learn more about latest trends and in demand things and accordingly you can develop your profile. Creativity and an unique portfolio is required for good jobs in USA.
Alternatively you can opt to study a short term course and then apply for a job. The first option is however feasible.

PGDM or MBA in Healthcare Management is a great option to pursue but I would recommend you get in touch with Goa Institute of Management at Ribandar, Goa to know more about the same offered by GIM.

You must be aware that these programmes consist of course work in designing, building science, structural engineering etc . plus elective courses. You may furthur specialize in urban planning, landscape architecture, etc. Some well known colleges in this regard are Boston Architectural College, Florida A&M Univers

Before opting for a career you must decide whether you want to be work in commercial architecture sector or residential architecture sector. Career options will differ in these two sectors accordingly. Since the job market is extremely competitive, you must choose an area which is demanding.

Fees
The minimum amount to do MBA from Harvard is around RS 60-70Lakhs and from IIM it is around Rs 20-30Lakhs including all fees and stay.
Placement
The average package of Harvard is Rs 76lakhs and IIM is Rs 26lakhs. Some few will get international placement form IIM where the salary will be very high. But the probability of International placement of IIM is very low as compared to Harvard.

Beside this there is an other option. Check for universities in india which offers credit transfer option, this means that you can do half of your degree in india and rest half in abroad and you will degree of abroad university. Check this option for Osmania University, Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Lovely professional University. check for scholarship in LPU too.
