No, you will not get admission in DEI, Agra because your score of JEE Mains is too low and 60% in 12th is also not sufficient to get admission there. Your 10th CGPA is good but it is not calculated. But, you can get other best universities in your state as well as Delhi. Best of luck for your future and if there is any query, feel free to ask.
