Hi Atharva,
As far as I have heard, FMS college in Delhi is known for it's PGDM, so I think that would be a better option.

It depends completely onto the university but maximum universities conduct the exams in Hindi and English, both the mediums because students take admission in CBSE as well as the state boards.

There are certain parameters we rate colleges upon. The best way is you could design your own criteria as per your preferences like fee structure, location, faculty ratings, facilities, etc., and compare both the colleges. You need not worry as there is no admission test for undergraduate courses in commerce. You just need to have consistent and sound scorecards of class 10th and 12th.
