There are many famous coaching institutes in Varanasi. FIITJEE, Allen, Ace, etc. However, I would advise you to for which is near to your home.

You need to completed class 12 with 60% (PCM) for B.Tech computer science. Through your NIOS class 12th certificate, you can apply for Amity School of Engineering, which is affiliated to CBSEJEE.
