Dear Jyoti,
Pursuing MBA in agara is not so valuable as there isn't any good college with good reputation and placements. so it is advisable to move to Delhi/NCR for pursuing MBA.
All the best

JIIT has got a really good reputation for btech. IP university is also very good but not all colleges affiliated to IP university have good reputation. You may choose Jaypee but keep in mind that the environment there is more school-like and in first few months, you may not even get a feel of college. Also, you may go for IP university as well only if you're able to make it to one of the top 10 IPU colleges.
