Yes, definitely you should go for 2nd round and fill the same college priority list as you filled in 1st round.

It's totally your choice, both the colleges are good. You must put various things in mind like location, fee, etc. to make the final decision.

Mention your college name first.

If your choice filling has been done in a manner that better colleges are above the lower one then do your counselling till last round, you may get one of the government colleges. But personally, I would suggest you to choose fee waiver seat of good private colleges like AKGEC, JSS and KIET, but this should be after your selection of government colleges.
