Well, GLA is quite nice for MBA. It offers quality education and the packages are also nice. The average package was around INR 5 Lacs p.a, and the max package for this year was around INR 12 Lacs. Some of the companies who visited GLA were Delliotte, Blue Star, Tommy Hilfiger, Wipro etc. GLA is really a good option for MBA, but so is Galgotias University, where the average package was around INR 7 Lacs p.a, and the highest went around INR 11 Lacs p.a from Think & Learn- the learning app. Both of the colleges are nice but Galgotias offers a better student environment and one will enjoy their "College life" while GLA is more like a cont

NIT, Trichy is one of the best institutes for CSE. It is top among the NITs and placements for CSE are pretty good here. The only issue you might have is of adjusting to the new environment. Also, Delhi is much better to live than Trichy. So take your decision considering all the facts.

Fill up the form of Delhi University and after that checkout cutoffs of various colleges of Delhi University. I am not sure that you will get admission or not. It all depends on cutoffs. Maybe you get admission because of SC category.

Very rare chance. Choose some other branches like biotech and get a decent CPI in the first year. Then you will get a chance to change your branch.

Very rare chance since you are from general category.
Go for some other branches like chemical, biotech and with a good CPI in the first year, you can change your branch.
