There aren't many sites that include the names of Sitapur Shiksha Sansthan Group of Institutions' top graduates. Nonetheless alumni work mainly in Uttar Pradesh and other Indian cities for reputable corporations like TCS, Infosys and local businesses in positions like software engineers, IT consultants and mechanical engineers. Some have gone on to further their education or launched their own businesses. Although notable individual accomplishments are not as widely reported, the college's placement cell reports a 50–60% placement rate indicating alumni success in a variety of professions.

Through the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counseling (UPTAC) process which gives priority to JEE Main but also takes into account 12th marks or Diploma scores for some seats, particularly under management quota admission can be determined by merit in the qualifying 12th exam.
