IBI Greater Noida admissions are based on candidates score in the qualifying exam and entrance test. The basic eligibility to apply for PG courses is graduation. The following table mentions the eligibility criteria for PGDM:

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT and Biotechnology was established in 2003 in Pune, and offers UG, PG, and Diploma courses such as BSc, MSc, and Advanced Diploma in Bioinformatics (ADB). As of my information the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Information Technology and Biotechnology, is in pune and not in noida.
