IILM is offering Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Programme at the Greater Noida campus. This programme is approved by AICTE, AIU and accredited by NBA & NAAC A. IILM Greater Noida gives 100% placements to its students. It has a fully devoted placement team called CDC i.e., Career Development Cell for placement and summer internship programme as well. IILM has more than 300 corporate tie-ups with the great companies such as Deloitte, E&Y, Colgate, Asian Paints, ITC, Marico, Cafe coffee Day, Nestle, Amazon, Aditya Birla, BlackRock, Oberoi. Average package of IILM lies between 7-7.5 Lac per annum. It also provide various training sessions like mock GD & PI, personal grooming to its students. Each student is assigned with a mentor from whom they can take one to one counseling, regarding personal and professional growth.
