IIT BHU, Varanasi - Indian Institute of Technology has released 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs were released on a rolling basis, and the seats were filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs are based on the following factors:
The JEE Advanced score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

IIT BHU cutoff 2023 ranks for BTech in Computer Science Engineering other than General category are mentioned below:
- 359 for OBC
- 284 for SC
- 107 for ST
- 138 for EWS
- 57 for PWD
While the admissions are based on the scores/ rank obtained in JEE Advanced, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank for BTech in Computer Science Engineering at IIT BHU Varanasi depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 1010 and closing rank was 1079. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 329 and 2275.
