Factor1 (NIRF ranking): Jaipuria Institute of management Lucknow comes in the band of top 75 b-schools in India as per NIRF 2020 ranking. Balaji Institute of management and HRD comes in the band 76-100. SIES is not in the list. Factor 2 : When it comes to quality of education in terms of faculty's (expertise, education, experience, helpfulness, etc. ), the course curriculum, projects and assignments, pre placement drives, extra curricular activities, campus life, alumni connection, and placements, Jaipuria Institute of management Lucknow is a very good option to pursue PGDM. Hello Neeraj Kumar, you are saying that you have completed your Diploma in it but then you are saying further that you have one backlog. When a student has a backlog whether in Diploma or in engineering or in any course then admission into the next course which is based on this, is normally not granted. You will have to clear all subjects of Diploma and obtain a Certificate of having passed Diploma and then only you can think of joining any other college. Best wishes to you.
