UPUMS Etawah offers MBBS, BSc (Paramedical), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Optometry (BOT) and BSc (Nursing) at UG and MD/MS at PG level all under one roof. Apart from these, the university also offers Diploma under Paramedical and Nursing department in various specialisations.

Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences has a total of 60 seats in BPharm course. The university offers seats to candidates based on their CPNET score. Candidates after qualifying the entrance-exam have to participate in UPUMS counselling conducted by the Faculty of Pharmacy for BPharm programme for seat allotment.

Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences does not offer direct admission to BPharm course. Candidates have to first fill out the application form for BPharm. The university conducts a Combined Pharmacy Nursing Entrance Test or CPNET for admission to BPharm. Candidates qualifying the entrance-exam have to participate in the counselling conducted by the university.

Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences considers NEET-MDS score for admission to MDS. The opening and closing ranke for NEET MDS was 219 and 318, respectively. The rank was 421 for OBC Category candidates in 2024. The university offers admission to MDS seats based on the rank of the candidates in NEET MDS and BDS score. 

Aspirants have to complete BDS or equivalent degree to apply for MDS course at Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences. Besides, candidates must also pass NEET-MDS programme for admission. The final selection to MDS course is based on entrance-exam and BDS degree scores. 

No, candidates applying for MBBS course at Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences have to qualify NEET. However, mere qualifying the entrance exam does not guarantee admission. Aspirants also need to fulfil the eligibility requirements. The final merit released by the university is based on NEET rank and Class 12 score of the candidates. Selected aspirants have to further participate in UP NEET Counselling for seat allotment.

Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences considers NEET-UG score for admission to MBBS programme. Candidates need to score equal or above the NEET cutoff for admission.
