Hello Suresh, the first two of the three colleges that you are mentioning are government colleges and they do not offer any quota for NRI or under management. I will be giving a link for the complete process of admission for dwarkadas sanghvi engineering College of Mumbai. First of all your percentage in 12th is lower than 75% so because of this reason your not able to get the admission.
