Hello,
VJTI does not offer any distance degree or Diploma course in Engineering. Hence, a Diploma in Textile engineering is not available at VJTI. Further, distance engineering Diploma or degree courses are not valid as per AICTE guidelines

Yes, by a 90 percentile, you can easily get some of the colleges like COEP and NIT-Nagpur, but you can not get the core branches easily. It will depend on the cut-off rank more. As per if you are interested in VIT you can give separate examination for VIT.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in seeking admission in an engineering college in Maharashtra. No, you do not have to appear for MHT CET. Some seats are reserved for All India Students and some seats are reserved for international students. You will have to come via the admissions portal DTE of Engineering of Maharashtra.
