It depends on the group he gets too. According to my experience, he will get group 4/5 that too in Chennai campus.

It would be written in the brochure itself. Mostly, the fee structure for both is mentioned separately.

It has to be paid on the yearly basis.

There is no clear CLAT cut off list specifically for VIT Law School.
The cut off score can just be predicted as it varies every year because of certain factors like difficulty level of exam, number of applicants, etc
If you are appearing for any of the National Level Law Entrance Exam like LSAT and CLAT, do your best.

Yes, you will be. In Category 1 you should get EEE, ECM and Civil. Category 2 I guess you should get ECE and Mechanical as well.
