VIT Chennai BSc course admission across all the specialisations is entirely merit-based. The admissions are based on marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent). Shortlisted candidates are further required to appear for the Personal Interview conducted by the institute as the part of the admission process.

VIT Chennai is not too much costly .The campus and infrastructure is well built. The courses fees is around 2.5 to 3 lacs pa including the mess and hostel. If you get scholarship the tuition fees will be less and you can there easily with 2 to 3 lac pa. The costs also depend on which course you gonna take. You can also check course wise fees on Shiksha.com or college website.
