Candidates must provide essential documents, such as their 10th and 12th grade grades and certificates, transfer and migration certificates, character certificates, income and caste certificates (if applicable), medical fitness certificates, and recent passport-sized photos, in order to be considered for the B.E./B.Tech programme at Vidya College of Engineering.  Candidates must also present their JEE Main or UPSEE scorecards, if relevant, and affidavits on stamp paper, including anti-ragging and gap affidavits.  Depending on the demands of the candidate, other documents such as transportation applications, hostel declarations, or scholarship declarations may also be needed.  For verification, all originals and photocopies of these documents must be turned in during the admissions process.

Yes, qualified applicants may be admitted directly to Vidya College of Engineering's (VCE) B.E./B.Tech programs under the management quota.  A minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) must have been earned by applicants during their 10+2 study, with no honors in any of the subjects.  Candidates who have qualified for JEE Main or UPSEE are given precedence, however those who match the eligibility requirements can also be admitted directly.  Applications can be submitted offline on campus or online via the official VCE website by prospective students.  In accordance with university regulations, the selection process entails document verification and fee payment.

In order to gain admission to Vidya College of Engineering (VCE) in Meerut's B.E./B.Tech program, applicants must have finished their 10+2 coursework from an accredited board with at least 50% of the possible points (45% for SC/ST students) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), with no honors in any course.  Admission is mostly determined by merit, with applicants who have passed the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) or JEE Main being given precedence.  For lateral entry into the second year, applicants must have a B.Sc. degree with mathematics as a subject or an engineering Diploma with at least 60% of the possible points.

Indeed, through its merit-based scholarship program, Vidya College of Engineering (VCE) in Meerut waives 100% of tuition fees for qualified students.  Undergraduate applicants are eligible for a full tuition price remission for the first year of their programme if they receive 90% or above on their qualifying exams.  The same advantage is available to postgraduate applicants who score 80% or higher.  The college's efforts to honor and reward academic achievement include these scholarships.  Note that students can only receive one scholarship at a time and that these scholarships are only applied toward the first year's tuition; if a student is eligible for more than one category, the higher benefit is awarded.
