The eligiblity criteria for admission in be or B.Tech at Vidya college of engineering required a vannu score card of JEE mains. The candidate must have given JEE Mains and along that he or she should have a passed class 12th from a recognised board.

Following the academic schedule established by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, is Vidya College of Engineering (VCE), Meerut. For odd semesters (first, third, fifth, and seventh), the university normally administers exams in November–December, and for even semesters (second, fourth, sixth, and eighth), in May–June. The results of these tests are typically released four to six weeks following the conclusion of the testing period.
