Yes, you are eligible for all these exams, but as you haven't secured minimum 75% in boards, then you cannot be able to take admission in any of the NIT.

To getting admission in any college, you have at least 50% in PCM combine.

Hello,
Yes, if you pass your compartmental exam then you are eligible to take admission in any college, but keep eye on their boards percentage criteria and the counselling time because at the time of counselling you need to produce the all clear marksheet.

Basically, it depends on your PCM score and also there will be a management quota to get admission.

Hi,
The conduct certificate will be usually given by the school from where you get graduated. They will be issuing once you pass the 12th board exams.
The conduct certificate is nothing but your behavior as a student which will be certified by the school.
