To participate in VITMEE 2025 counselling, candidates must have a valid scorecard. Candidates with a valid GATE score are also eligible to participate in the counselling process. The list of the shortlisted candidates will be published on the website as well as a personal SMS will be sent will be sent to the registered mobile number for online counselling. Selected candidates can participate in online counselling based on their ranking based on their ranking.

Vellore Institute of Technology will release the VITMEE 2025 seat allotment result based on score obtain in the exam. The VITMEE 2025 rank was published on May 9. Admissions to M.Tech courses are also done based on GATE score. The exam authority will allot seats to candidates based on choices filled at the time of option entry process of VITMEE counselling 2025.
