The VSAT exam is generally conducted from January to April. Candidates who successfully submit the application form will be issued the admit card to appear in the exam. The VSAT exam is conducted at home-based proctored mode as well as the exam centre at the college campus.

The application form of VSAT will be released tentatively in January 2026. Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be able to fill in the application form before the last date. Those candidates who successfully submit the application form will be issued the admit card to appear in the exam.

As of now the VSAT exam dates forthe 2026 are not released. As and when the dates are released, we will be sharing the detailed scheduled at this page for candidates. Students are asked to keep track of the official scheduled to know the dates.

After the document verification is done, candidates will be alloted the seats for their course. Candidates will receive an admission confirmation letter confirming them about thier seat. They must report on the prescribed date to complete further joining formalities.

The following documents will be required at the time if verification - admit card (EAMCET/JEE/VSAT), counselling call letter, date of birth proof, rank card (EAMCET/JEE/VSAT), Aadhar card, caste category (if applicable), qualifying exam mark sheet and certificate, Domicile certificate (if applicable), Income certificate (if applicable), etc.

First of all it is advised to candidates to keep track of the official schedule and not miss on any date. However, if they miss the scheduled date this can result in losing their chance at preferred courses. Students can request the admission cell for an alternate slot if there's a genuine reason, but it's subject to seat availability only.
