No, mere qualifying the VSAT exam doesn't guarantee admission. A student's admission depends on various factors such as, their rank, merit list, availability of seat etc.

No, mere qualifying the VSAT exam doesn't 100 percent guarantee you the admission, however, it helps you proceed you the next stage, which is the counselling.
By qualifying in the VSAT you will increase your chances, and your final admission will depend upon the number of seats, your merit, rank and the courses for which you are planning.

No, the exam body doesn't send the VSAT result through post or any other offline means. To download the VSAT result, candidates must visit the official website only.

The VSAT question paper is based in English language. Candidates well-versed with English will not find any issues in solving the question paper.

As per VSAT exam pattern there will be a total of 120 questions asked in the exam and the time duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes.

As the VSAT is not very difficult compared to other engineering entrance exams like the JEE, it becomes easy for even the average students to crack it easily. However, to do the same they need follow the prep tips mentioned below -
- Stick to the NCERT books and a couple of supplementary books, thats it.
- Don't overburden yourself with a lot of books, and prep notes. Just stick to the basics and cover the syllabus of VSAT well before time.
- Give mock tests.
- Solve past year question papers in abundance.

It is based on NCERT Class 11 and Class 12, of CBSE curriculum and also from most state boards to ensure fairness for students across different educational backgrounds.

Maths in VSAT test will include topics from Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Probability, and Coordinate Geometry. The questions will be based on Class 11 and 12 NCERT.
