I would prefer Techno India Salt Lake rather than the other two because it has got the third position amongst the best private colleges in Kolkata and the other two colleges are quite new.

Both, Biotechnology and IT, are boon to India and world and to employment as well. However, both sectors differ from each other in many ways. But, they are also related in some space. Since BCA is totally concerned about computer applications, and there is a lot technology involved in biotech (for example - instruments and softwares), you can share a hand by developing applications that could be use in Biotechnology.
But if you have interest in research area, please go for B.Sc in Biotechnology.
Focussing on the job after these courses, both BCA and B.Sc Biotechnology graduates need to have proper understanding of the field
