Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University or YCMOU is one of the best open universities not only of Maharashtra but also in India. The infrastructure of university is good and is built in such a way so as to support the easy learning of the students.At present, the university offers more than 50 UG, PG, doctorate, Diploma and Certificate programmes across multiple streams (in the distance education mode). All these courses are offered under eight schools, such as Agricultural Science, Architecture, Science and Technology, Commerce & Management, Computer Science, Continuing Education, Health Science and Humanities & Social Sciences
