The Yoga Institute has a numerous variety of courses and this consists of BA, MA, diploma, and certificate-level courses. Areas covered are Stress Management, Pranayama, Gut Health, Deep Sleep and Weight Loss. The courses are between 1 month and 2 years. The students are allowed to select programs depending on their objectives.

The Yoga Institute in general requires a pass in Class 10 or 12 UG and certificate courses and a graduation degree in Masters course (MA). There is no specific percentage given since there is merit-based admissions. The higher the score, the better the chances to be selected.

Yes, you can be part of The Yoga Institute once you have completed Class 12 (particularly when it comes to study BA or any certificate course). Minimum eligibility criteria of these courses is Class 10 or 12. The admissions are based on merit and there is an application and selective procedure. Send in your documents accordingly.
