According to exam guidelines, candidates who have passed Masters degree or enrolled in the post-graduation course are only eligible for the UGC NET exam. As you said, you have qualified graduation degree so, to apply for the NTA NET firstly you have to enrolled in the post-graduation course.

Yes M.Sc. In zoology is available in jamia islamia but I would suggest you to still make a cisit to their official website where they give a list of their curriculum and check it there.

it depends upon what class you want to teach. If you are going for 11th and 12th then physics is necessary with M.Sc/PhD in it. But upto 10th level you can teach the subjects. Please also go through the notification once.
