Of course, it will be M.Sc in Zoology, as it will be a continuation of what you have studied, also your knowledge and skill will improve. Doing Law will be totally new field, unless and until you are very confident that you want to make your career in law.

There are plenty of exams for you, you are from Science so every stream is open. The point is do you want to study more or start your career now. If you want to study then you know the course, but if you want to step in career then some exams that you can give are
UPSC IAS, IFS, CDS
CAPF
PSU.

M.Sc in Zoology would be a better step as your previous qualification can gel with the course, which you will be pursuing. Also, there is good scope of you getting a job as college lecturer if you give NET Exam.
