Yes. You can do M.Sc. Microbiology after B.Sc. Zoology, all you need is 60% aggregate in B.Sc. But it will difficult for you because you won't know the basics of microbiology, so you will have to work hard for M.Sc. Microbiology.

UGC NET is the national level which is conducted to examine the eligibility of candidates required for holding the position of Lecturers/professors/ associates/ research fellows at India's reputed universities.
