The university itself administers the admission exam for its M.Tech programmes at Adikavi Nannaya University. The exam is held in June each year. The fees for all the courses offered by Adikavi Nannaya University ranges between INR 18,200 and Rs. 1,40,000. The fees for BTech is 1.4 LPA, for B.Com and BA  its 13.5 k- 63k. In B.Tech the fees asked by college is around 5k to 33 k and BBA it is 43.5 k to 2 Lakh per annum.

Admissions to Adikavi Nannaya University are based upon candidates performance in different Ap CETs.
