Al Falah University may conduct its own entrance exam AFU-CET for admission into certain undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. However, the university also accepts national or state level entrance exam scores for some courses. For BCA and B Tech, a minimum of 45% of aggregate marks is required for admission on the basis of merit to the university. For all other courses except MBBS, a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks is required for admission on the basis of merit to the university.

For post-graduation, all Al Falah University Courses except MD/MS, require a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks for admission on merit basis to the university.
