AIIMS Bibinagar offers BSc specialisations in the fields of Nursing and Paramedical. Moreover, in Nursing, the institute only offers the BSc in Nursing course, and in Paramedical, AIIMS Bibinagar offers several specialisations. The names of the offered specialisations are as follows:

The reservation policy is followed by AIIMS Hyderabad for the reserved categories. AIIMS Hyderabad NEET Cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the MBBS course for various categories under the All India quota. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff in the last round was 3464. Therefore, for this category, students can avail admission at AIIMS Hyderabad with a rank of 2000.
