The AIIMS paramedical syllabus is decided by All India Institute Of Medical Science AIIMS Delhi, I. e. the exam conducting body of AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing programme. The AIIMS paramedical syllabus is the foundation on the basis of which candidates prepare for the paramedical entrance exam. The syllabus requires students to prepare for key subjects such as Physics Chemistry and Biology.

The AIIMS paramedical syllabus is same as that of Class 11 and Class 12 CBSE Board exam syllabi. If prepared well, it is not difficult for the students to appear for the exam. However, the difficulty level of the exam depends on the question types, which are generally application based and not direct in nature. Overall the syllabus of the exam is manageable to study with a strategic study plan.
Q:   How much time should I devote to complete 1 question of AIIMS Paramedical exam?
A: 

As per standard time given authorities students need to attempt all 90 questions in 90 minutes or 1 hour 30 minutes only. Hence as per normal calculations applicants should attempt one question in 1 minute only. But it is advised to solve 30 to 40 questions which are one liner in 10 to 20 seconds only. It will save time in last for revision.

AIIMS BSc Paramedical exam is conducted once a year. This year it is scheduled on July 4, 2026. Students who wish to pursue BSc Paramedical at AIIMS must apply online.

AIIMS BSc Paramedical registration is expected to commence in March 2026. The authority will release the application form online. Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board can apply online.
