To get admission to this one of the best ranked universities, candidates must have valid scores in entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams are AIIMS paramedical, NEET, and others. 

In 2025, the NEET UG closing ranks for students in the General AI quota ranged from 1537 to 4952. Therefore, yes, it is possible to get into AIIMS Patna with a NEET UG rank of 1500. However, which round you will be admitted to is not confirmed, as the ranks were more competitive in the initial rounds. Therefore, it is advisable to wait until the last round to see in which round you will be admitted.
